We’re a small shop in the Southern Appalachians, not a warehouse — and every order is made, packed, and shipped by folks who care.

Because most of what we sell is perishable or handmade, all sales are final. But if something shows up broken, missing, or not how you expected — we’re not the kind of company to leave you hanging.

💬 If there’s a problem:

Email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nantahalahoney.com

  • Your order number
  • A quick description of the issue
  • A photo if it helps tell the story

We'll offer a fair solution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or another fix that makes sense.

🚫 What We Can’t Refund or Replace:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Items that have been significantly used or emptied
  • Seasonal or clearance items
  • Minor natural variation (because, well, nature)

🕯️ A Note on Candles:

If your candle won’t stay lit, burns unevenly, or tunnels badly, we want to hear about it. Sometimes wicks can shift in transit or oils can act up. That’s not “used” — that’s a product issue, and we’ll take care of it.


We want you to feel good about supporting small — and we’ll always do our part to keep it that way.
