This is the real stuff—the kind that still tastes like the ridge it came from. Every jar starts with our own hives, pulled raw and slow, never heated or filtered. When the flow slows, we swap with a few southern friends for their Tupelo and Orange Blossom—good people, good bees, honest trades.

And yeah, we like to play with fire. Wildfire brings a little kick. Dragonfire brings the kind of heat that’ll make you question your choices. All of it starts the same way: real honey, straight from the hive an d never heated.
