Our Mountain Wildflower Honey comes from the same ridges and valleys we call home. Every spring, our bees work the early blooms of tulip poplar and black locust, with a touch of blackberry, clover, and wild herbs that grow only in Western North Carolina. The result is a smooth, amber honey with warm floral notes — the taste of spring in the mountains.

We bottle each jar ourselves — no blending, no heating, no fillers — just pure, small-batch honey, packed fresh and sealed tight.
