Once a year, when our own mountain flow slows, we trade our sourwood with a few trusted beekeepers down South for this—real Tupelo honey. It’s rare, hard to get, and worth every bit of the effort.

The flavor’s smooth and buttery with a light floral note that lingers just long enough. Tupelo is famous for staying liquid—never quick to crystallize—and for the way it tastes like sunlight filtered through river trees.

We only bring in a limited amount each season, jarred in our 12oz Mama Bears while it lasts. Straight-up southern gold, shared beekeeper to beekeeper.
