The Story
We’re mountain beekeepers at heart, but once a year we reach beyond Appalachia to secure a few barrels of this southern classic. Pale gold with a clean, citrus-kissed finish, it turns ordinary tea or cocktails into something worth remembering.

The Catch
This is a limited Trade Reserve—once the bloom fades, so does our supply. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
