Our Sourwood Honey is the pride of the Southern mountains — a once-a-year gift from the sourwood trees that bloom for just a few short weeks in midsummer. When the sun stays hot and dry, those white bell-shaped blossoms produce a nectar unlike anything else. The result is a light amber honey with buttery smoothness, a hint of spice, and a clean caramel finish.

We bottle each one ourselves, straight from our family hives — unheated, unfiltered, and untouched.
